The spirit of the Tomfoolery Outdoors vision lives within the heart and soul of our owner, Tom Helbig. His relentless enthusiasm and passion for getting all types and ages of people playing outside is contagious. With over 25 years of professional experience in the outdoors, Tom left his job in May 2014 to launch Tomfoolery Outdoors.

Tomfoolery Outdoors is a playful company that encourages people to live an active outdoor lifestyle while making a difference in the world! The outdoors are for everyone and we should do something active in the outdoors every day! We hope you will mix in a little tomfoolery. Be silly, goofy, laugh! Unleash your inner five year old if you are 50 and hang on to your inner five year old if you are five. Through our events, promotions and guide services a transformation will take place. We will all Live Active, Laugh More, Inspire All.

Our roster of signature events, guide services, adventures and lifestyle merchandise are the megaphone for our message! Give back with a dose of Tomfoolery! Each event will have a non-profit beneficiary to make sure we fulfill the Inspire All part of our responsibility
